The "holy grail" of professional hockey, the Stanley Cup, will be on display next week at the Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce's annual meeting luncheon.
The chamber's luncheon will be held Wednesday, November 16, at the Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel on Route 20. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. The guest speaker will be former Boston Bruin Bob Sweeney, who is director of development for the Boston Bruins Foundation. The cup, which the Bruins won in June, is being shown throughout New England during the current hockey season.
Cost of the luncheon is $40. Reservations are required and the deadline is Friday, Nov. 11. Register at www.marlboroughchamber.org, email the chamber at marlcham@marlboroughchamber.org or call the chamber office at 508-485-7746.
