For $2.89 million, two Natick dentists have purchased the building their practice operates in.
The 26,460-square-foot office building, located at 235 West Central St. near the West Natick MBTA Commuter Rail station, was sold in a deal finalized on Jan. 29, according to Middlesex South Registry of Deeds records. The property was sold to an entity managed by James Kane and Peiman Mahdavi, two dentists who practice from Natick Dental Partners, which is located in the building.
The property was sold by Stonegate, a property management and real estate development firm headquartered in the building. Built in 1980, the two-story building also has home healthcare service provider Long-Term Solutions as a tenant, according to a property listing on Stonegate’s website.
Natick Dental Partners has 17 employees, according to its website. Kane is a MetroWest native, with both himself and Mahdavi being graduates of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston.
The property at 235 West Central St. was given a 2025 tax assessment value of $2.65 million, according to Town of Natick property records.
