World Energy Lands Mo. Contract

Worcester-based World Energy Solutions has won a three-year energy management contract with a St. Louis-based plastics manufacturer.
The contract with Spartech Corp. is expected to save the company more than $1 million over its previous energy management contracts through deals it already signed to provide electricity and renewable energy for Spartech facilities in Maryland, New York, Ohio and Texas.
"World Energy's approach to energy management represents a big improvement for us, and the results are speaking for themselves," said Victoria Holt, president and CEO of Spartech.
