The Training Associates of Westborough has hired Nichole Hayes as a recruiter.
Hayes has done recruiting in the academic and staffing industries for more than five years, most recently as an enrollment counselor at the University of Phoenix in Westborough, where she recruited students for business-related graduate and undergraduate programs.
Hayes lives in Worcester.
