N.Y. Company Leases Marlborough Building

Boundary Fence and Railing Systems, Inc., a New York State-based manufacturer of fence and railing systems, has leased an 18,000-square-foot building in Marlborough just off Route 495.
Parsons Commercial Group, Inc., of Marlborough recently completed a leasing deal with the company, according to a statement from Parsons. The building is located at 40 Locke Dr. Parsons said the site will serve Boundary customers in Central and Eastern Massachusetts.
Joe Crowley, of UGL Equis, a global broker with an office in Boston, represented Boundary in the transaction.
