RCMA Properties, a Needham family-owned property management firm, is now the owner of six Acton apartment buildings after a $13-million transaction.
Entities sharing an address with RCMA purchased properties at 301 Great Road and 488 Great Road on Dec. 24 from Spencer Valley Properties LLC of Concord, according to Middlesex South Registry of Deeds records.
The 3.9-acre property at 301 Great Road contains the Assabet Garden Apartments, a 30-unit building near the town’s Whittier Wildlife Management Area. The apartment building was constructed in 1973, with the property given a tax assessment value of $3.86 million for 2024, according to Town of Spencer property records.
The 6.4-acre property at 488 Great Road contains the Nagog Gardens Apartments, made up of five separate buildings which each contain two residential units. The complex was built in 1966 and was given a tax assessment value of $2.31 million for 2024.
