A New Hampshire company has plans to relocate to a new building in Ayer.
Innovative Medical Design Inc. of Amherst, N.H., which specializes in the development of catheters, will occupy 12 Shirley St. in Ayer.
The property was recently purchased by TK Investment Group LLC from the Moore Family Trust for $360,000, according to O’Brien Commercial Properties of Marlborough, the broker for the seller.
The building is listed on LoopNet.com as totaling 18,600 square feet and two stories.
