eClinicalWorks, a major provider of ambulatory healthcare IT solutions based in Westborough, has signed a contract with a major orthopedics practice in New Jersey to provide electronic health records for its nine locations.
Reconstructive Orthopedics, New Jersey’s biggest orthopedic practice, will streamline processes between locations by implementing eClinical’s EHR cloud-based solution, eClinical said. The organization will also use eClinical Touch, an iPad application, and eClinicalWorks Scribe, which takes unstructured text and voice data and turns it into reportable data for patient records.
Joseph DeSilva, CEO of Reconstructive Orthopedics, said the practice selected eClinical because it is a preferred system among providers, based on functionality and high customer satisfaction.
“eClinicalWorks is also a well-established and respected company that will equip our providers with a completely integrated platform, which can be accessed from any location and share information across settings,” DeSilva said in a statement.
