Charter TV will add a Spanish-language network affiliate channel later this month, it announced.
WASA-Estrella TV, an affiliate of Spanish-language network EstrellaTV, will be available Feb. 19 in most Charter service areas in Massachusetts.
The new programming will be available on Channel 94 on Charter’s so-called digital basic service. Charter said about 80 percent of its customers already subscribe to that level of service.
Estrella offers a mix of reality, variety and news programming.
