A brother and sister based out of Templeton have sold a set of 13 condos at 350 Riverbend St. in Athol sold for $1.425 million to a pair of New England businessmen, according to the Worcester County Registry of Deeds.
The condos were purchased by 350 Riverbend St LLC, which is registered to John Pasquale of North Reading and Glenn Nazarian of Amherst, N.H. Pasquale is the owner of Viking Tree & Landscaping in North Reading, and Nazarian owns The Fitter Female, a gym with locations in Acton and Lexington.
The condos were sold by Kaliko Estates LLC, which is registered to Templeton siblings Peter and Adrienne Rolla.
The sale closed May 21. The property last sold in 2007 for $1.5 million and was last assessed at $1.464 million by the Town of Athol.
