The former location of The Southside Grill and Margarita Factory sold on Wednesday for $1 million.
The property, at 242 West Broadway was sold by the B & C Realty Trust to JEBH, LLC of Leominster, according to the Worcester District Registry of Deeds.
JEBH, LLC is registered to Siwei Huang and Qingmei Ou, who are the registered owners of Yaka Sawa Sushi and Grill in Ashburnham, according to filings with the Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth. Yaka Sawa was closed when WBJ called for comment on Monday.
The Southside Grill and Margarita Factory announced it was closing via a Facebook post in mid-December.
The 10,614-square-foot restaurant is on approximately one acre and last sold in 2002 for $570,000. It is assessed by the City of Gardner for $715,200.
