Seven employees at All One Credit Union in Leominster have been promoted.
KATIE NAJJAR has been named the credit union’s chief member experience officer. She will manage and collaborate with the retail and marketing divisions to create initiatives to foster growth. JUSTIN SILVA will now serve as vice president of retail. An All One employee of 25 years, Silva will oversee its member service center, working with Najjar to head the credit union’s retail area.
TINA CICERO has been promoted to assistant vice president area manager, overseeing the West Boylston Street branch in Worcester while managing the branch managers of the Sterling and Shrewsbury Street branches. NICHOLE HOWARTH has assumed her new role as vice president of operations in which she will manage all aspects of All One’s operations, including account, digital, payment, and retail operations.
MEG ZAMARRO is now digital operations manager, managing the day-to-day operations of the digital operations team and digital platforms. Zamarro has worked at the credit union for the past seven years. DAWN GARRIGAN has been named payment operations manager. An employee of All One for more than 10 years, she will head its payment operations team’s day-to-day functionss. JOSH LAPRADE has assumed his new position as assistant vice president of information technology, overseeing the IT team’s everyday operations and supporting technology initiatives credit union-wide. He came to All One seven years ago and has served as its IT manager for the past three.
