A national restaurant chain specializing in noodles from around the globe, as well as sandwiches, salads and soups, is expanding into Massachusetts and New Hampshire, beginning at White City Shopping Center in Shrewsbury, the chain, Noodles & Co., announced.
The White City location will measure 3,250 square feet and have indoor seating for 80 and outdoor seating for 12, the company said in a statement. It will also serve local beers and wines.
Later this year, Noodles will expand to Burlington and Nashua, N.H. The Nashua location will also serve local beers and wines, the company said.
Noodles said it plans to add 250 jobs within its new markets over the next three years.
The firm’s stock is publicly traded on the Nasdaq market. The chain has 380 locations, with a heavy presence in the Midwest, Virginia, North Carolina and Tennessee.
No specific date has been announced for the opening of the Shrewsbury store.
