Hudson-based Avidia Bank promoted NEIL E. BUCKLEY to senior vice president for risk, security and compliance and JILL MOLLICA to cash management officer. Buckley joined the bank in 2001 as the retail banking manager. He became the bank’s risk and security officer in 2008. Buckley is a graduate of Bentley University in Waltham. Mollica came to Avidia in 2008, as a cash management analyst. She graduated from Clark University in Worcester.
TRACY W. BARLOK was hired as vice president for development and alumni relations at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester. She will assume her duties July 9. Barlok is associate vice president for advancement at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., where she has worked since 1996. She earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Colgate University in Hamilton, N.Y.
Worcester-based Reliant Medical Group hired doctors KERRY BENNETT and ERICA BIAL and registered nurse LYNDSEY DiGIORGIO. Bennett will practice in the division of general and vascular surgery. She specializes in breast disease. Bennett earned her medical degree from Tufts University in Medford. Bial is an interventional pain and spine physician and will work in the department of orthopedics and reconstructive surgery. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Tufts University in Medford and her medical degree from Boston University. DiGiorgio will practice in Reliant’s occupational medicine department at Plantation Street in Worcester. A graduate of Boston College, she received her master’s degree in nursing from the University of Massachusetts. She is a Worcester native.
Worcester-based AllCom Credit Union hired HOLLY PICCHIONI and promoted CAROL ESPARZA and JENNIFER LACHAMBRE. Picchioni is the credit union’s new branch manager. Esparza was promoted to assistant branch manager, and Lachambre was promoted to senior operations specialist.
STEPHEN SEIGAL was hired by Tighe & Bond Inc. as a vice president, working primarily out of the firm’s Worcester office. He has planned, designed and provided construction-phase engineering services for more than 24 wastewater treatment facilities throughout New England. Seigal earned both his master’s and bachelor’s degrees in civil engineering from Northeastern University in Boston. He lives in Marlborough.
Auburn VNA Health Network named NICHOLAS DAVIAU, JAMES J. HOOGASIAN and PHYLLIS TRAINOR to its board of directors. Daviau operates a law practice in Worcester.
