Worcester-based Herlihy Insurance Group hired GEORGE B. BREEN as senior vice president. He will be responsible for managing large commercial property and casualty accounts and integrating sales processes and procedures for the commercial lines department. Breen is a resident of Webster.
Fidelity Bank of Worcester hired CAROL A. SEXTON as vice president, branch and business development manager. She previously worked as a branch manager for BayBank and as an area, regional and branch manager for Sovereign Bank in Westborough. Sexton earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Salem State University. She lives in Northborough.
The Trustees of Reservations, based in Leominster, hired BARBARA ERICKSON as president. She will succeed Andrew Kendall, who served as president for 12 years. Erickson will join the organization in July. She previously served as vice president for Save The Children, and before that worked as chief development officer at Boston-based Earthwatch Institute.
SAMUEL N. MARTIN of Brockton was hired as executive director of the Worcester Youth Center. He replaces Hilda Ramirez, who served in the position since 2008. Most recently, Martin was a senior program manager at Commonwealth Corp. in Boston. He earned his bachelor’s degree at Hampton University in Hampton, Va., and his master’s in social work at Boston College.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage hired DAVID SHORTSLEEVE as vice president and sales manager of the company’s Northborough office. He previously served as a regional business consultant for the Coldwell Banker Realogy Franchise Group in the Northeast, and before that sales manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Worcester office. A graduate of Nichols College in Dudley, Shortsleeve also has an MBA from Anna Maria College in Paxton. He lives in Worcester.
ROBYN KENNEDY was named to the National Coordinating Board of the YWCA USA. Kennedy has served on the board of the YWCA Central Massachusetts since 2007, is clerk of the association and serves on the executive committee. She is deputy chief of staff to Lt. Gov. Timothy Murray. Kennedy, a Worcester resident, is a graduate of Assumption College in Worcester.
The Davis Cos., a Marlborough-based staffing firm, hired REBECCA ROCKE as director of national accounts. She was previously national accounts manager for Michigan-based Bartech Enterprise Staffing. She has a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Florida in Gainesville and a master’s in human resources from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
North Brookfield Savings Bank promoted ANTHONY J. PIERMARINI, DONNA M. TISO and ERICA FLOYD; and hired PATRICIA A. OSTROUT. Piermarini, who joined the bank last year, was promoted to senior vice president and senior commercial loan officer. Tiso, who was also hired by the bank in 2011, was promoted to senior vice president, retail lending manager. She lives in Hubbardston. Floyd, who joined the bank in 2009, has been promoted to assistant vice president. She has a bachelor’s degree in finance from American International College in Springfield. Ostrout is the bank’s new vice president of retail banking.
Spencer Savings Bank promoted RANDAL D. WEBBER to executive vice president and chief lending officer. He previously served as senior vice president and senior loan officer. Webber is a resident of Auburn.
Worcester-based Commerce Bank promoted CHARLES DUNN, ALYSSA GORGONE and THOMAS MOSCHOS. Dunn was promoted to aircraft credit officer. He joined Commerce in 2009. Gorgone was promoted to commercial loan officer. She also began at Commerce in 2009. Moschos was promoted to commercial loan officer. He previously worked at Sophos Inc. and joined the Commerce commercial lending training program in 2010.
Southbridge-based Savers Bank elected TERRENCE J. HASTINGS, DEWEY J. TIBERII and KENNETH E. RIZNER to its board of directors. JOSEPH A. CODERRE, ERIC D. BOECHER, JOHN F. DZIEMBOWSKI, JOHN L. FEARING, PETER J. KASLAUSKAS, DAVID B. MERRILL, WILLIAM CARBONE, JOHN F. WHITE, CHRISTOPHER M. WSZOKEK and WALTER M. CZABAJ were reelected to the board.
Fitchburg-based Workers’ Credit Union hired WILLIAM C. MULLIN as senior vice president of business banking and commercial lending. Mullin was previously a principal at RMPI Consulting LLC in Boston. He has a bachelor’s degree from Harvard College and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago. Mullin is a resident of Acton.
