Leadership Worcester announces 2022 class

The Worcester Region Chamber of Commerce announced on Tuesday the 28 professionals selected for its 7th annual Leadership Worcester class. 

The class includes 19 women and nine men from Central Massachusetts. The selection committee sought motivated individuals aspiring to take active leadership roles in Worcester, according to the release. 

Once selected, participants took part in a nine-month experiential learning program focused on diversity and the power of perspective. The Leadership Worcester Class of 2022 represents a variety of industry sectors, cultural backgrounds, and educational experiences.

More than 150 professionals from the Greater Worcester area have graduated from Leadership Worcester. 

Members of the Leadership Worcester Class of 2022 are:

  • Amy Sciannameo, senior underwriter from Hanover International, The Hanover Insurance Group
  • Andrew McShane, program manager from Downtown Worcester Business Improvement District
  • Ariana Dello Stritto, marketing coordinator and financial literacy assistant from Bay State Savings Bank
  • Brittany Wong, CEO from Studio Jade
  • David Conner, director of community engagement from the Worcester Historical Museum
  • David Sullivan, economic development and business recruitment associate from the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce
  • David Zeutas-Broer, major gifts officer from the EcoTarium
  • Domenica Perrone, project manager from the City of Worcester Department of Health and Human Services
  • Elizabeth Deliberto, vice president from the Nativity School of Worcester
  • Heather Forchilli, branch manager from Central One Federal Credit Union
  • Johan Romero Luna, area manager from Workers Credit Union
  • Jonida Duque, director from Open Sky Community Services
  • Juli True-Dooley, director of grants and marketing from the Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center
  • Katherine Aguilar, owner and founder from K Sense Co. LLC
  • Keyshawn O'Connell, director of athletics & healthy habits from the  Boys & Girls Club of Worcester
  • Kimberly McCullen, employment & employee relations specialist from the College of the Holy Cross
  • Kwame Ofori, director of information technology from RCAP Solutions, Inc.
  • Larnese Cook, director of operations from the Central Massachusetts Agency on Aging, Inc.
  • Lisa Malo, creative group manager from Bose
  • Lovo Koliego-Narmah, executive director from the Community Health Awareness Network (CHAN)
  • Margarita Navarro, executive assistant & event coordinator from KARL STORZ
  • Paula Fitzpatrick, dean from the D’Amour College of Liberal Arts & Sciences at Assumption University
  • Ryan Petrone, owner and CEO from Energy Athletics LLC
  • Sam Sui, utilization management clinical pharmacist from Fallon Health
