Investor Pays $2.1M For Marlborough Warehouse

The warehouse and office property at 85 Hayes Memorial Dr. in Marlborough has been sold to a local investor for $2.1 million.
Samir Zebian of Marlborough bought the property, which includes a 35-year-old, 28,000-square-foot warehouse and office building from EPP Real Estate LLC, a Wellesley Hills-based organization run by Elizabeth P. Powell.
EPP bought the property in 2005 for "less than $100," according to county land records.
The building is entirely occupied by Diamond Machining Technology.
Zebian was represented by O'Brien Commercial Properties of Berlin in the transaction. EPP was represented by Boston-based commercial firm Colliers Meredith & Grew. The sale closed in mid-January.
