Perini Corp. has leased 21,216 square feet of its Framingham headquarters to the Framingham Heart Study.
The Heart Study works to identifying contributors to cardiovascular disease. It has followed three generations of participants since 1948.
Under the lease, it is using use space at 73 Mount Wayte Ave. in Framingham, where Perini has its corporate headquarters.
Craig Johnston and Garry Holmes of R.W. Holmes Realty Co. Inc. represented Perini in the transaction.
