The City of Hartford is again looking for buyers for the vacant 95-101 Pearl Street buildings downtown. The city recently put out a request for proposals that stresses retail opportunities for street and ground levels, but left open the possibility of offices, retail businesses, residential units or hotels for the upper floors of the darkened building. Proposals are due to the city’s Department of Development Services by Oct. 30.
