Hanover Expands Sales To Small Businesses
Worcester-based Hanover Insurance Group has expanded sales of property and casualty products for small businesses into six states, the company announced.
The products will now be available in Delaware, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, South Carolina and Vermont. The products include the company's business owner's policy (BOP), which offers a broad range of small business insurance options. The Hanover will also expand its "point of sale" system to the states, enabling agents who sell policies to qualify, quote and issue BOP policies as well as other products more quickly and efficiently.
"Our agent partners have responded enthusiastically to our small commercial offering, indicating that it helps them to sell value to small business customers," said Michael Keane, president of small commercial at The Hanover.
