Fidelity Bank of Leominster has named Joann Marsili to the newly created role of executive vice president, chief growth and client experience officer.
Marsili previously served as Fidelity’s chief marketing and digital experience officer. In her new role, she will continue to be in charge of the bank’s marketing and digital transformation strategy while serving on the executive management team, according to a Tuesday press release from Fidelity.
“Over the past year, Joann has consistently delivered exceptional results in our marketing, digital transformation, and client experience efforts,” Ed Manzi, chairman and CEO of Fidelity Bank, said in the press release. “In her expanded role, she will continue to lead the delivery of our LifeDesign banking promise across many cross-functional departments as well as being the executive in charge of three sales units.”
