ERA Key Realty Services has hired MARIA LIVICOTA as a realtor at the Whitinsville-based firm. Livicota comes to ERA Key having previously served as a purchasing assistant at Sutton furniture company Source International. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree from Universidad de Cuenca in Ecuador.

KATHLEEN KENNEDY has been named banking center manager for the Leominster-based Fidelity Bank’s Whalon Street/Twin City location in Fitchburg. Kennedy brings more than 25 years of banking experience to her new role, where she will oversee the branch’s banking operations while offering financial tools and resources to clients. She most recently worked as vice president, branch manager, and business development officer at Clinton Savings Bank. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the former Becker College in Worcester.

KATE McEVOY and BRIDGET BARATTA

The Central Mass. South living history museum Old Sturbridge Village has hired two new employees to executive positions. KATE McEVOY has joined Old Sturbridge Village as its vice president of external affairs, and BRIDGET BARATTA has joined as its vice president of development at the museum. In her new role, McEvoy will leverage her more than 25 years of experience to head initiatives to bolster relationships with external stakeholders, including those from local, regional, and national organizations and governmental agencies. She will work to develop strategic partnerships and external communications strategies at Old Sturbridge Village. Baratta will manage the museum’s fundraising and membership initiatives. This role includes annual giving, major and capital gifts, and planned giving for Old Sturbridge Village. She will establish and implement strategies to diversify the museum’s pool of donors.
