Hartford business advisory firm blumshapiro, which has an office in downtown Worcester, will join CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, known as CLA, effective Jan. 1, the company announced on Thursday.
Minneapolis-based CLA is an industry-focused wealth advisory, outsourcing, audit, tax and consulting service firm, according to a press release. The terms of the relationship were not disclosed.

Through the collaboration, CLA will have more than 7,000 people in more than 130 locations in 31 states.
