The 12,000-square-foot strip mall at 104 Belmont St. in Worcester, which includes a 7-Eleven convenience store, Bank of America ATM, and Belmont Liquors, was sold for $3.9 million, according to the Worcester County Registry of Deeds.
The property was sold to an LLC registered to Vijaykumar Patel and Dinesh Patel with a residential address in Norton.
The sale closed Aug. 6.
It was sold by Maja Properties LLC in West Boylston, which is registered to Surabian Realty Co., Inc. Surabian Realty has owned the property since 1988, according to the Worcester City assessor's data, and transferred it to Maja Properties for $100 in 2010.
Valued at $1.2 million, the mall is located across the street from UMass Memorial Medical Center - Memorial Campus.
