Gallo began her 13-years career at Cutler in the preconstruction department while a student at Wentworth Institute of Technology. She grew professionally to business development executive, who represents the company in acquiring and completing projects. As a mother of a 2-year-old son, it is important to her to be involved in local organizations to better the community.
By the time I am 50, I would like to accomplish...professionally I would like to be in an executive management position at Cutler. Personally, I would like my son to graduate high school and attend the college of his choice.
What is your advice to young business people? Never give up and push through. I have been very lucky to have great mentor for most of my career, but you need to be responsible for making your own pathway. Set goals and be persistent.
Where do you get your motivation? My family – watching my father and mother expand their family businesses gave me a great drive for success.
If I hadn’t gone down this career path, I would have liked to...pursue a journalism, broadcasting or communications degree and become a sports or television anchor.
