Committed to the communities we serve, Clinton Savings Bank strives to deliver the highest quality financial services and products that meet customers’ needs with the assistance of dedicated, knowledgeable employees. CSB emphasizes that banking is all about relationships and in 2016 introduced our Relationship Banker Model Transformation Project.
As part of the evolution of how we service our customers, CSB began transforming our branches to an “open concept” model. This design provides a more warm and inviting environment in which customers can take care of their banking business. While the setting has evolved, so too has the employee model. The institution no longer has tellers but rather, Relationship Bankers, whom address all the facets of customer needs. Whether it’s conducting a simple transaction, opening an account, guiding loan applicants, or answering questions regarding home equity lines, Relationship Bankers are highly trained individuals who can do it all, all the while committed to providing quality services that are superior to those of the competition.
Clinton Savings Bank realizes that customers are changing the way they do business so we too, are changing our model to offer better service and strengthen relationships with our customers and the community.
Since customer convenience is our top priority, the Bank has increased the number of ways to access services at all branches and with high-tech tools. Each location has a chrome book for self and assisted service use so our customers can apply for loans, open a deposit account or conduct other banking business quickly and easily.
And in November, CSB rolled out its new website providing easy navigation and new financial tools like a consumer money management tool. And by year-end Apply Pay will be available to our customers.
In December, Clinton Savings Bank will offer to service customers who prefer to reap the benefits of opening an online savings account. The account will offer a high yield and be accessible through online tools and a debit card.
Ever mindful of the importance of relationship building with our neighbors, CSB has instituted Community Rooms at the Bolton, Boylston and West Boylston branches. These rooms serve as private meeting spaces for non-profits or business entities that do their banking at CSB. Available by appointment, these rooms provide comfortable venues in which to hold meetings.
Believing strongly in the multiple channel approach, Clinton Savings Bank remains committed to enhancing physical branches, like we are doing at our Sterling location, to service all customers efficiently and with the personal attention they expect and deserve alongside developing digital access points and tools to provide quick and effective convenience.
