Young Pros Want Fast Lane...To Retirement

Enough money to enjoy the lifestyle they desire and benefits enough to retire at a reasonable age beat job stability and career satisfaction in a recent Robert Half Finance survey of young professionals' greatest concerns.
The survey asked people between the ages of 21 and 28 what their primary career-related concerns were and 33 percent said salary and benefits. Another 26 percent said job stability and 23 percent said career satisfaction.
