Worcester-based World Energy Solutions has negotiated a credit extension with Silicon Valley Bank of up to $3 million.
The new agreement renews an existing credit facility World Energy had with the bank, which expired on March 7.
The advances will be subject to certain benchmarks, including in accounts receivables and retail backlog through March 6, 2012.
The company said it intends to use the credit facility for working capital and to fund its general business initiatives.
World Energy Solutions is an energy management services firm that was founded in 2001.
