The owner of Piece by Piece Movers, a moving-and-storage company with offices in Newton and Woburn, purchased a 24,696-square-foot industrial building on 2.78 acres at 62 Hopkinton Road in Westborough.
Piece by Piece plans to use the space for its moving business, according to Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties via a Thursday press release. Aho represented the buyer in the deal.
The seller was Cameron Family Limited Partnership, an entity registered to Janus Cameron Connelly of Hopkinton. The property was last assessed by the Town of Westborough for $834,400.
The site is the former home of Noremac Manufacturing Corp., which is no longer in business.
Piece by Piece Movers was founded in 2008 and is led by President Edward Mezer.
