Weekly Poll Question: Managing Costs

There is a move afoot in the state Legislature to give towns more flexibility to cut health care costs. Specifically, House Speaker Robert DeLeo has proposed allowing towns to adjust co-pays and deductibles without gaining approval from unions. This concept falls under the umbrella of municipal health insurance reform, which has strong support from the Massachusetts Municipal Association.
