Webster Price Chopper Plaza Sold

The Price Chopper Plaza in Webster has been sold to Cedar Shopping Centers Inc. of New York for $17.6 million according to Boston commercial real estate broker Jones Lang LaSalle, which represented the seller.

The 102,000-square-foot plaza is located at the intersection of I-395 and Route 12. Tenants include Price Chopper Supermarket, Fashion Bug, Papa Gino's, D'Angelo's and a freestanding Burger King.

Cedar currently owns and operates 114 properties throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic. The properties represent approximately 11.6 million square feet of leasable space, the company said.
