DIFFERENT STORY BEHIND JULY REAL ESTATE NUMBERS?
Sales of single-family homes and condominiums fell in July across Massachusetts, according to the monthly report from The Warren Group of Boston. But, responding to our Aug. 26 online story on that report, one reader sees things differently:
"These reports regarding inventory don't seem to reflect Central Massachusetts. In the past few months, I've seen the number of houses on the market steadily rise while sales are essentially flat."

LinkedIn group member Sharon Gooch-Zebal
"I guess I'm getting old, but sure do remember when there was almost no traffic on 290 at rush hour."
LinkedIn group member Christopher R. George
