On Dec. 7, Worcester Business Journal will begin publication of a new weekly Real Estate Insider enewsletter, providing advanced market intelligence on commercial property purchases, sales, and leases in Central Massachusetts, and the people behind those moves.
"People who have their finger on the pulse of the real estate market have a true understanding of the underlying factors of the entire region's economy, as they know what companies and people are coming and going in Central Massachusetts," WBJ Editor Brad Kane said.

WBJ Staff Writer Katherine Hamilton will be the Real Estate Insider, leading coverage of industry for the enewsletter and all of WBJ's digital and print publications. Since she joined the WBJ staff in early July, Hamilton has magnificently ramped up WBJ's real estate coverage, including stories on the federal eviction moratorium forcing local landlords to sell their properties, Wall Street investment firms buying logistical centers throughout Central Massachusetts, how Amazon is impacting property values, the plans for the former Dive Bar space in the Canal District, and a restaurant owner's investment in a Hardwick farm.
"People who want to be in the know on Central Massachusetts real estate should already be following Katherine's work. If they're not, the new Real Estate Insider gives them the opportunity to have all that knowledge delivered directly to their inbox," Kane said.
Starting Dec. 7, Real Estate Insider will publish at 8 a.m. every Tuesday.
