Northborough’s two Amazon sorting centers have traded hands between real estate companies for $153 million, according to the Worcester South District Registry of Deeds.
Amazon began leasing the warehouses at 330 and 350 Bartlett St. in late 2020, shortly after they were built. Boston real estate firm TA Realty LLC bought the 92-acre property in 2019 for just over $3.6 million, according to the Northborough assessors’ data.
In the deal closed Oct. 13, TA Realty sold the property with its 600,000-square-foot facilities to Link Logistics Real Estate, an industrial-focused sect of New York real estate firm Blackstone Real Estate Advisors LP. The firm is a subsidiary of financial investment firm The Blackstone Group, which has $650 billion in assets under management.
The Town of Northborough assessed the properties at $35 million.
The deal comes less than two weeks after the $12-million sale of a Northborough warehouse half a mile east of the Amazon centers.
