Marlborough Savings Bank has two new vice presidents, Ellen W. Dorian and Kerry W. Murtagh.
Dorian, who has been with the bank since 2001, was promoted to senior vice president of marketing and human resources. In the new position, she is responsible for all marketing functions. She also oversees human resources.
Dorian has worked in marketing for financial institutions since 1987. She lives in Northborough with her husband Tim, and children, Alex and Catherine.
Murtagh has joined the bank as vice president of retail lending. He comes to Marlborough from GB Mortgage, where he was vice president of sales and operations for the East Coast, and has 18 years of mortgage banking experience.
In his new position, Murtagh is responsible for the sales and operations of the retail lending department. He is charged with developing new competitive mortgage and equity products.
Murtagh has a B.S. in finance from Boston University. He lives in Wayland with his wife, Julie, and children, John-Connor, Brian and Courtney.
