Tree House Brewing Co., headquartered in Charlton, announced the official opening of its new South Deerfield location on Thursday.
Located at 1 Community Place, the Deerfield location consists of a 100,000-square-foot building on 40 acres, with easy access to I-91.
Currently, visitors are only allowed on a reservation basis to avoid overcrowding, but regular walk-in business is expected in the near future, according to Tree House’s Instagram account.
The expansion marks Tree House’s overall strategy to become a communal gathering place for social gatherings, the arts, and music, per the announcement.
In addition to its original flagship store in Chalton, Tree House Brewing has also opened locations at Cape Cod in Sandwich and in Woodstock, Conn.
In 2020, Tree House Brewing Co. was the largest brewery in Central Massachusetts, brewing 41,500 barrels of beer.
