Framingham Co-operative Bank has promoted three employees to new positions.
Michael Bilinsky, assistant vice president and former manager of the bank's main office on Concord Street in Framingham, is now the business development officer. In his new position, he is responsible for building relationships and partnerships with local businesses. Bilinsky is a Framingham native and now lives in Marlborough.
Yasmine Ouweijan replaces Bilinsky as manager of the Concord Street office, a move up from assistant manager of the bank's branch on Lincoln Street in Framingham. Ouweijan has been with the bank since 1999, starting as a teller and then moving into customer service. She lives in North Grafton.
Lisa White, an administrative assistant, has added new responsibilities to her role, taking over from Ouweijan as assistant branch manager of the Concord Street office. A Marlborough resident, she joined the bank in 1997 as a teller.
