The Kraft Group, which owns the New England Patriots and the New England Revolution, purchased a 26-acre industrial property in Whitinsville for $19.7 million, according to the Worcester District Registry of Deeds.

The property is located at 355 Main St. in Whitinsville, which is in Northbridge, and includes 355,000 square feet of rentable space. The tenants include Core-Mark and UN1F1ED² Global Packaging Group.

Core-Mark, a food supply company, operates one of its 32 distribution centers out of the Whitinsville location, according to its website. UN1F1ED² is headquartered in Sutton and owned by a subsidiary of The Kraft Group.

Along with its sports team ownership, The Kraft Group has an extensive real estate and development portfolio, and a paper-and-packaging branch.

The Whitinsville property was sold by Leonard Jolles as a trustee of Arcade Realty Trust, according to the deed.

The property has been part of the trust since at least 1990, according to the Northbridge assessors data. The property is now assessed by the Town of Northbridge at nearly $5.5 million.
