Workscape, a Marlborough-based employee benefits outsourcer, says most human resources managers think the federal government should play a role in regulating health care costs and coverage.
Workscape conducted a survey of 1,242 human resources managers to get those results. Despite feeling that the government should regulate health care costs, respondents to the survey said they were skeptical of both current major party candidates for president.
More than half of respondents said neither Republican John McCain nor Democrat Barack Obama would address federal regulation of health care costs.
