The 3.5-acre contractor yard at 200 Turnpike Road in Southborough has sold twice in just over six months, with the second sale marking an increase in the price from $1.14 million to $1.6 million.
Miami contractor Miran Construction LLC sold the property at the 40% increase to JC Grounds Management on June 28, according to a Tuesday release from Aho Properties of Ashland, which represented the seller.
JC Grounds Management is a snow removal company headquartered in Danvers. It plans to create a contractor yard on the property, according to Aho.
This marks the second sale of the property in a year, after Southborough-based Brunswick Realty LLC sold it to Miran on Dec. 17, according to the Worcester County Registry of Deeds. Miran Construction, which is a Miami contractor, purchased the property for $1.14 million.
The Town of Southborough last assessed the building at that address for $610,300, but has no estimate for the land itself.
