D’Errico’s Market, the historic full-service meat market and deli headquartered on East Central Street in Worcester, is opening a fourth location in Sturbridge, according to a Tuesday announcement from Worcester realty agency NAI Glickman Kovago and Jacobs.
The Sturbridge store will open at 365 Main St., in a newly constructed 5,000 square-foot building shared with the Local Roots cannabis dispensary. The businesses would be on a main strip in Sturbridge off Route 20, just down the road from the living museum Old Sturbridge Village and restaurants like B.T.'s Smokehouse.
With a second location on Cambridge Street in Worcester, D’Errico’sO wner Rodrigo DeOliveira told WBJ in March he plans to open his third shop in Leominster, although that location doesn't appear to be open yet. The business has been in his family for 74 years.
DeOliveira could not be immediately reached for comment on Tuesday morning.
When will D'Erricos open in Sturbridge?
