Solomon gets $185K contract
Technipower, the Power Electronics Division of Danbury-based Solomon Technologies Inc., has received a $185,000 contract from Honeywell International to build power supplies for ground support devices used on the Air Force's F-15 fighters. Solomon said the contract - its third in a series of long term project upgrades - includes new technology upgrades and more rugged mechanical designs. Solomon said its bookings for the first half of 2007 are up 38 percent over year ago period, while shipments are up 21 percent.
