PLC Systems CFO To Lead Hudson Co.

James G. Thomasch, CFO of Franklin medical device company PLC Systems Inc., is leaving for a post as CEO of Hudson's Clinquest Inc.

Thomasch will make the transition on May 2, PLC said. After his departure, PLC's controller, Karen Raus, will take on Thomasch's reporting duties.

PLC, which develops products for the cardiac and vascular markets, had revenues of $3.9 million in 2010.

Clinquest is the U.S. subsidiary of Amsterdam-based drug discovery company Clinquest Group BV. It is privately held.
