The money will help low-income residents find and keep permanent housing. Photo/Courtesy Gardner-based nonprofit RCAP Solutions recently held a graduation ceremony at Worcester State College for five people who had completed its Moving To Work and Family Self-Sufficiency programs. Participants in the programs set goals for employment, education and savings. The five recent graduates received checks totaling more than $42,000 from RCAP escrow accounts.
