OF NOTE
- United Bank, with branches in Central Massachusetts, awarded $6,500 in grants, including $4,000 to Worcester Community Action Council's energy assistance program. Worcester's Center for Living and Working received $4,000 for its transition to adulthood program.
- Holliston Spine & Sports Center held a food drive March 17; patients who came in for adjustments were asked to bring donations for Holliston Food Pantry.
- Hudson-based Avidia Bank donated $250 to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
