Marlborough-based Netezza Corp. said the U.S. Navy Exchange Service Command will use the company’s servers to warehouse data from its 305 stores worldwide.
The exchange runs its 305 retail stores for active duty sailors, reservists, retirees and their families on 104 Navy bases. The exchange takes in $2.5 billion annually. The exchange said it would use Netezza servers to maintain customer data and manage its supply chain.
Netezza’s data warehouse servers are also in use by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, as well as several large retailers and others.
