MIKE TAYLOR was appointed vice president of sales for North America at Westborough-based C2C Systems. Taylor has a bachelor’s degree from Bates College and an MBA from Babson College. He was previously a business development manager at Texas-based Alliance Tech

TD Bank has hired LISA DENNIS, a former Bank of America branch manager, as the store manager for its Auburn location. In her new position, Dennis oversees small business loans, consumer lending, investment and insurance services and other activity at the branch.

Spectrum Health Systems Inc. of Worcester announced new board officers and members: MARK P. BILOTTA, CEO of the Colleges of Worcester Consortium Inc., board chairman; VERILYN (MIKE) MITCHELL, vice president for real estate planning and development at the Mass-Development Finance Agency, vice chairman; CATHY CHROST, real estate agent, board member; and DAVID N. GRENIER, president of Cutler Capital Management LLC, board member.

North Brookfield Savings Bank has promoted TONYA LAIRD to assistant customer service manager at the bank’s 9 Gilbert St. branch in North Brookfield. Laird started working for the bank in 2002 as a part-time teller and has moved up through the ranks since then. Most recently, she was the assistant branch manager of the bank’s West Brookfield location.

Girls Inc. of Worcester has named its new board for the coming year, including President VICTORIA WATERMAN, First Vice President CATHERINE RYAN, Second Vice President FELICIA RIFFELMACHER, Secretary CHRISTINA DAVIS, Treasurer KENNETH ATCHUE and Assistant Treasurer JODY KELLIHER. The other members of the board are: NIKKI ANDERSEN, HEATHER BALL, CELIA BLUE, PAMELA BOISVERT, NINA CERVIATTI, JUDITH FLEMING, JOHN FRONGILLO, MAUREEN GRAY, JAMES HECOX, JACQUELINE KELLY, IRENE LOGAN, CHRISTINE LUCIER, DIANE MEYSTRE, WENDY O’LEARY, GEO VILLEGAS and LILA WEIHS.

Marlborough dermatologist LOUIS KUCHNIR has been elected president of the Massachusetts Academy of Dermatology. Kuchnir founded Kuchnir Dermatology in 2001. He is also an instructor in dermatology at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester.

ROY T. SANFORD was named chief marketing officer at Maynard-based Stratus Technologies Inc. Prior to coming to Stratus, he held a number of senior executive positions during his 14 years at EMC, most recently as vice president coordinating the company’s entry into the software-as-service business.

Rollstone Bank & Trust of Fitchburg has promoted five of its employees: MARIANNE CONNOR, was named senior vice president and compliance officer; NANCY GALLAGHER-VIEGAS, was named first vice president and branch administrator; KATHERINE SULLIVAN, was named vice president and e-banking manager; WAYNE CARNEY, was named a vice president and ROBERTA PARKER, was named a credit officer.

Rypos Inc., the Holliston-based exhaust control systems company, has hired GREG KORST as northern California sales manager. Korst previously worked for 20 years as a sales engineer for Watlow, a manufacturer of industrial temperature control products.

Worcester accounting firm Green-berg, Rosenblatt, Kull & Bitsoli P.C. has promoted AMY E. SAFER to senior accountant and hired two staff accountants, JEFF BARBALE and ADAM HOUATCHANTHARA. Safer has been with the firm since 2007. She is a graduate of Assumption College in Worcester and lives in Millbury. Barbale is also a graduate of Assumption. He lives in Charlton. Houatchanthara is a graduate of Nichols College and a Worcester resident.

JANET E. GARON, executive vice president and COO of Southbridge Savings Bank, is retiring after 33 years with the bank. Garon started as a teller at Southbridge in 1976. She became head of consumer lending two years later and became executive vice president in 1993.

JULIE E. THOMPSON was hired as a business insurance producer at Hudson-based Murphy Insurance Agency. She will work out of the firm’s Medway office. She previously worked as a commercial insurance producer at an agency in the Milford area.

Marlborough-based direct-response media agency Mercury Media has hired two new executives, WILLIAM S. “BIFF” BURNS JR. and MICHAEL GOODMAN. Burns is the company’s new senior director of corporate direct response, with responsibility for developing business and raising awareness of the company’s direct response capabilities. Goodman is senior director of analytics, providing strategic vision, media planning and market research.
