STEVEN DAVI has been named senior vice president of advanced technology at Acton-based SeaChange International. He previously served at the company as senior vice president of engineering. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a master’s degree in computer science from Northeastern University in Boston.
The Central Mass South Chamber of Commerce has elected four new members to its board of directors: MICHAEL DETARANDO, JONATHAN KELLEY, JAMES LEAMING and THEA MARCOUX. Detarando is vice president and COO of Charlton fiberoptics company Incom. Kelley is business development officer for Savers Bank, where he works with small- to mid-sized businesses. Previously, he served as business banking representative for Sovereign Bank for 17 years. Leaming is general manager for Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park in Sturbridge. He is also second vice-president of the Massachusetts Association of Campground Owners. Marcoux is a marketing specialist for Southbridge fiberoptic imaging and lighting company Schott North America, with more than 10 years of sales and marketing experience. The new members replace Cindy Howard of Center of Hope, Chris Kelly of Mahogany Ridge, Peter Pilon of OFS and Nancy Salem of Salem Cross Inn.
Westminster metal fabricator TechPrecision Corp. has named KEN STEPHENS account manager of nuclear markets. The newly created position will give Stephens responsibility for working with customers in the nuclear industry. Stephens has worked in manufacturing for 35 years, most recently as nuclear systems product manager at the Texas-based Peerless Manufacturing Co. He has also worked in the silicon wafer and microchip manufacturing industries and in the power utility industry.
Mayfield Plastics of Sutton has hired MICHAEL BOYD as quality assurance manager. Boyd has spent 25 years in quality control and production supervision. Mayfield makes custom plastic parts for medical, electronics and industrial uses from its manufacturing plant in Sutton.
Highland-March Office Business Center in Westborough has promoted CINDY THOMPSON to client services manager and hired KIM HALL as client services associate. Thompson has worked in business management, real estate and marketing for 20 years. Hall comes to Highland-March from Neighborhood Connections in Worcester. Before that, she worked for Berkshire Blanket Inc. in Ware. Altogether, she has worked in customer service and administration for 20 years. She lives in Holden with her husband, Jim.
TD Bank has hired WILLIAM MARTIN as vice president and small business relationship manager for the Worcester region. In his new position, Martin will oversee small business lending and business development in Sturbridge, Auburn, Shrewsbury, Westborough and Milford. Martin has worked in banking for 22 years, most recently as a vice president in commercial lending at Millbury National Bank and People’s United Bank. He has a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Nichols College. He lives in Dudley.
LEIF ROSSELAND was named a sales manager at Coldwell Banker Residential in Worcester. Rosseland has been with Coldwell Banker since 1990, having started out as a sales associate. In his new position, he’s overseeing more than 75 sales associates who work in Greater Worcester. He has a bachelor’s from Ithaca College in New York
Real estate agent TRACEY WESSELS has joined Tom Ruble Real Estate Services of Ashburnham. Wessels has had a real estate license since 2003 and has also worked as an office administrator. She will be working in Greater Gardner, including Ashburnham, Gardner, Templeton, Westminster and Winchendon. Wessels has a bachelor’s degree from Fitchburg State College and is a lifelong resident of the Ashburnham-Westminster area.
Vanguard Health Systems has hired PETER TOLFA as vice president of managed care for the New England Market. Vanguard is the parent company of Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester and MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham and Natick. Tolfa has worked in the Massachusetts managed-care health care industry for 23 years, most recently as director of managed care services for Boston Medical Center. Tolfa has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Siena College in New York, an MBA from Suffolk University in Boston and a master’s degrees in social work from the State University of New York at Albany.
West Boylston-based Corporate Environmental Advisors Inc. has hired JEFFERY J. DUIGOU as senior project manager in its Connecticut regional office. Duigou has worked in environmental consulting and project management for 20 years, including time at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services, Fuss & O’Neill Inc. and Haley and Aldrich Inc. Duigou has a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from the University of Connecticut at Storrs.
Natick-based health-care software company Interbit Data has promoted three managers: EDWARD NORTON, OSCAR BENINATI and BRIAN MAIN. Norton was promoted from vice president of sales to senior vice president and COO. He has worked in sales and management for more than 30 years. In his new position, he will oversee sales marketing, product implementation and customer support for the company. Beninati was promoted from director of sales to vice president of sales and marketing. He has worked in sales, including managing enterprise-wide software sales to large health care organizations for the past 20 years. In his new position, he will lead Interbit’s sales managers and customer account team in expanding into new markets in North America and Europe. Main was named vice president of technology, giving him responsibility for product development and implementation. In particular, he will focus on features to help health care organizations distribute patient information quickly and securely. He has worked for Interbit since 2005.
The Worcester-based law firm of Fletcher, Tilton & Whipple PC has hired LISA M. PACIELLO as an associate in its elder law and special needs practice group. Paciello, who will work from the firm’s Worcester office, focuses on elder law matters, including MassHealth applications and appeals, long-term care planning and special needs planning. Paciello previously served as an associate with Boston elder law firm Cohen & Oalican. Before that, she clerked for the justices of the Massachusetts Juvenile Court in Western Massachusetts. She has a bachelor’s degree from Assumption College in Worcester and a law degree from New England School of Law in Boston.
