LINDA AIELLO is the new vice president of clinical operations at Fallon Health in Worcester, where she oversees all clinical operations. Aiello most recently was a site administrator for internal medicine and pediatrics at Reliant Medical Group’s Auburn and Millbury locations, but she previously worked at Fallon for 29 years. She received her bachelor’s degree in business management from Becker College.
SAMANTHA MATHEWS is the new director of community support programs and ALICIA LEWIS the new community interview support match specialist for Big Brothers Big Sisters, Central Mass & MetroWest, which has offices in Worcester and Framingham. Mathews previously worked for the Justice Resource Institute, where she was most recently the assistant program manager for group homes for Connecticut. In her new role, she manages community matches for children facing adversity in professionally supported one-to-one adult/child relationships. Lewis was most recently the intensive care coordinator at Children’s Services of Roxbury. In her new position, she is responsible for supporting 75 matches of bigs with their littles.
BERNARD GAGNON of Auburn has joined Country Bank as the first vice president of its commercial banking division. Gagnon has 35 years of commercial banking experience. He earned his master’s degree in management, marketing and technological innovation from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and his bachelor’s degree in management and MBA from Nichols College.
MARK BOOTHBY of Thompson, Conn., has joined the Spencer office of ERA Key Realty Services as a realtor. Boothby manages investment property and previously owned an auto repair shop. ERA Key Realty is based in Northbridge and has 14 offices in Central and Eastern Massachusetts.
PAM STEVENS is the newest partner at the Worcester law firm Seder & Chandler. Stevens, a corporate and real estate attorney who has practiced for over 28 years, earned her law degree from Columbia Law School, a master’s degree in education from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree from Boston University. She is a member of the executive committee of the Corridor Nine Area Chamber of Commerce and a co-founder and co-chair of its Business Forward Females Networking Group.
PHILIP ANTONELLI is the new director of sales and marketing at the online retailer and marketing company OptiMA Dry Erase Products in Shrewsbury. Antonelli was most recently the marketing director of the online retailer 365 Cycles. He has an MBA from the University of Rhode Island and a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from the University of Hartford.
ED HAFNER has been promoted to purchasing associate for Crown Supply Co. Inc., which has offices in Milford, Webster and Providence. Hafner joined Crown Supply in 2013 as a delivery driver before being promoted to manager in training/customer sales associate.
Maugel Architects of Harvard has named four new members to its executive team, joining president BRETT MAUGEL. DAN BARTON, who was director of design and has been with the firm for all of its 25 years, is now leading the firm’s strategic planning services. JONATHAN COCKER, an 18-year veteran of Maugel, will continue managing the firm’s health care practice. MIKE KUNZ, who has been with the firm for 20 years, will lead its industrial and commercial businesses. MARK PELLETIER, who has been with Maugel since 2014, will manage the firm’s life sciences practice.
REGINA STILLINGS of Holden is the new sales and marketing director at Signarama Worcester. Stillings was most recently the director of sales for Baystate Parent magazine and a multimedia account manager for the Worcester Business Journal. At Signarama, she is responsible for community outreach, brand development, marketing, advertising and driving revenue for the Worcester location.
RANIA ELENEIN has joined Steward Medical Group Nashoba Valley Medical Center’s neurology department as a board-certified neurologist. She specializes in electromyogram testing, neuromuscular diseases, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease. Elenein earned her medical degree from the University of Mansoura in Egypt, completed her fellowship at the University of Michigan and performed her residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
SEAN STEVENSON has joined Harrington Physician Services in Southbridge, providing physical medicine and rehabilitation services for patients. He will provide in-office procedures such as trigger point injections and osteopathic manual medicine. Stevenson received his medical degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and bachelor’s degree in exercise science from UMass Amherst and completed his residency at Mercy Medical Center in Rockville Centre, N.Y.
ROBERT O’DOHERTY and KELSEY REILLY have joined the marketing team at Framingham’s Global Technology Systems. O’Doherty, a marketing manager, will be a key stakeholder in designing, developing and implementing the company’s marketing strategies. Reilly, a marketing associate, will assist the marketing team with crafting creative content, developing online engagement opportunities, promoting social content and supporting GTS’s overall marketing strategies.
J. SCOTT RIELLY of Milford has joined UniBank as vice president and commercial lender. Rielly has more than 30 years of commercial lending and financial services experience, and was most recently the vice president and commercial relationship manager at East Cambridge Savings Bank. He has also worked for Eastern Bank, Santander and North American Mortgage Corp., and has instructed seminars for organizations including the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association and the National Association of Mortgage Brokers.
KEVIN G. JOHNSON is now a partner at the Worcester certified public accounting firm O’Connor, Maloney & Company. Kevin joined the firm in 2014 after more than 10 years in public accounting, and has spent his career providing tax, accounting and consulting services to a variety of industries. He graduated in 2012 from Nichols College with a bachelor’s degree in 2002 and an MBA in 2003. He currently serves on the board and as an officer of Canines for Disabled Kids, on the audit committee of The Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts and on the executive committee of the Estate and Business Planning Council of Worcester County.
Fidelity Bank of Leominster has appointed five new staff members. KATHY TRAINOR of Holden is the new vice president and branch and business development manager for the bank’s Front Street branch in Worcester. She joined Fidelity from United Bank, where she served as area manager. GREG RYAN of Reading has joined the bank as senior vice president and market manager in Fidelity’s commercial banking group. He was most recently the chief lending officer at Reading Co-operative Bank. BRAD KIRLIN of Maynard is Fidelity’s new senior vice president and chief technology officer. He was most recently in a similar role at Leader Bank. ALEXANDRA VAZQUEZ of Millbury is the new assistant vice president and branch manager at Fidelity’s Worcester branch on Shrewsbury Street. She joined Fidelity from TD Bank, and also previously worked for Santander Bank and Digital Federal Credit Union. MICHAEL RICHARD of Worcester has been hired as the assistant vice president and branch manager of Fidelity’s Millbury branch. He most recently was a branch manager at United Bank.
