Mercury Media Expands To Philadelphia, Hires New Staff

Mercury Media, an advertising company with headquarters in Marlborough, announced it is opening an office in Philadelphia and has hired three staff members to lead the expansion.
Dan Danielson, co-chairman of the company's board, said Mercury Media has been contracting work out of Philadelphia for a few years. The new office there will be open full-time. The company also has offices in Santa Monica, Calif.
The new office will focus on sectors including packaged goods, financial services, health care and insurance.
The new staff members are Maria Eden, Cary Scottoline and Gina Pomponi. Eden and Scottoline started their own direct-response agency in the 1990s.
